As a PEGA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality BPM applications using the PEGA platform.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate these into robust, efficient applications.
The role demands an ability to deliver solutions that are both innovative and maintainable.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work with full-stack feature teams to deliver new and improved ways to automatically test and deploy software across a broad technology platform.
- Apply thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
- Core proficiency
- Excellent scripting skills (shell, python, perl) in a Linux environment
- Experience with BDD and testing framework such as Cucumber or Junit
- Keep track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards - Optimize pace and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories / backlog items and deliver same with highest quality
- Attend stand-up meetings and provide updates
- Develop solutions and POCs based on customer and project needs
- Conceptualize a new product or, new feature or, new component and to test new technologies or features through PoCs
Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
Must have a minimum of 4 years of extensive hands on experience on design and development of BPM applications using PegaMust have hands on experience in Agents, Integrations (SOAP / REST / SQL etc), Declarative Rules, Decision Rules, Flows, UI etc.Pega 7 and 8 in depth knowledge and experience of successful projectsExperience using Pega architectuer, security model and service interfaces to build effective software solutionsExperience in REST calls , manage migration , configuration and monitor performanceExperience in OOPs concept and design systems security technology, Business process management technologies.(ref : hirist.tech)
