We’re hiring a sharp and high-ownership Account Manager (Enterprise Accounts) to join our fast-growing team and be the face of SkillsCapital for our global clients. If you’re ready to take initiative, work cross-functionally, and be trusted with real responsibility — this is your opportunity.

You’ll work alongside an experienced leadership team with backgrounds in :

IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Trilogy, ESW Capital, and more

Alumni of Wharton, London Business School, University of Pennsylvania, IIIT Hyderabad, IIT Delhi, and BITS Pilani

A strong mix of enterprise execution and startup scaling experience

✅  Who Should Apply

1–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, or delivery roles

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and comfortable interacting with global clients

Strong coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail

You enjoy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions, not just escalating them

You hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just tasks — and take pride in delivering results

You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a startup environment where expectations are high and micro-management is low

You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring things out with speed

Bonus : exposure to tech consulting, remote delivery teams, or enterprise software clients

You want to be part of a startup that’s scaling globally and are looking for real responsibility, not routine
