Install configure and manage Oracle databases across multiple
environments.
Collaborate directly with customers to resolve data conflicts ensure
appropriate data usage and maintain adherence to schema and naming
standards.
Take complete ownership of user / customer issues and proactively address
potential problems before escalation.
Handle incidents strictly in accordance with established processes and
procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately following the organizations
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all service requests and incidents are accurately recorded and
updated in the ticketing system in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed system configuration records operating procedures and
infrastructure documentation.
Follow approved Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
and prepare thorough documentation for design implementation and
testing activities.
Develop strong platform awareness across product lines and effectively
communicate technical decisions analysis and findings.
Manage the complete patch management cycle to ensure timely and secure
database updates.
Comply with the Change Management process by preparing clear and
detailed change requests outlining the purpose risks rollback options and
business implications.
Ensure database systems meet compliance requirements and support audit
processes including preparation and reporting.
Generate and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc system performance usage and
compliance reports.
