Role Description
As a Customer Relationship Officer, your contributions will be essential in creating
exceptional shopping experiences for our customers and fostering long-term
relationships. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Greeting all customers warmly and ensuring a welcoming environment throughout
the store.
Understanding customer needs and providing knowledgeable recommendationson products, offers, and promotions.
Ensuring prompt and efficient customer service, including handling inquiries,complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, staying updated on new arrivalsand existing inventory.
Assisting customers with billing, packaging, and any post-sales support required.Managing loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and customer engagementinitiatives to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborating with other retail staff to achieve sales targets, maintain storestandards, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Documenting and resolving customer requests and concerns, escalating issueswhen necessary to the Store Manager.Qualifications
