L3 Infrastructure Engineer (VMWare, Server & Network) [Urgent Search]

We're looking for a highly skilled L3 Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This isn't just a server, network, or virtualization role; it's a dynamic position for a seasoned professional who can handle all three. You will be a top-tier escalation point for complex issues, driving solutions from root cause analysis to final resolution. If you have deep expertise in Microsoft / Linux Server, VMware, and a range of networking technologies, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a senior engineer, you'll be the backbone of our critical infrastructure. You'll tackle our toughest challenges and ensure our systems are resilient, secure, and performant. Your responsibilities will include :

• Serving as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues across our server, virtualization, and network environments.
• Leading troubleshooting and resolution for high-severity incidents, ensuring rapid service restoration and minimal downtime.
• Managing and optimizing our diverse infrastructure, including :
• Microsoft Windows Server : Providing advanced administration and troubleshooting for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• VMware : Maintaining and enhancing our vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter platforms for high availability and performance.
• Networking : Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting devices from Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) and Cisco (Meraki, legacy routing / switching).
• Conducting in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and developing comprehensive post-incident reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement proactive solutions, upgrades, and migrations.
• Creating and maintaining robust documentation, including runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Mentoring and providing knowledge transfer to L1 and L2 support teams.
