Python Developer

We are looking for a heavy-hitting Python Developer to own the lifecycle of high-performance microservices. You won't just be 'integrating an API' you will be building the AI Orchestration layer (using LLM Council and RAG patterns) and sophisticated Search / Catalog systems. This role requires a blend of deep backend engineering, data pipeline expertise, and a passion for deploying production-ready AI.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Orchestration & LLMs : Design and implement 'LLM Council' architectures and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings) pipelines to drive intelligent decision-making.

Microservices Development : Build, scale, and maintain high-concurrency microservices using FastAPI and Vertex AI.

Search & Discovery : Develop and optimize search / catalog systems leveragingOpenSearch / Elasticsearch, vector databases, and high-dimensional embeddings.

API & Integration : Design robust, schema-driven RESTful APIs and integrate them with complex ERP systems and internal data sources.

Data Pipelines : Build and manage data ingestion and processing pipelines to feed AI models and search indexes.

Governance & Scalability : Implement rigorous logging, monitoring, and AI governance frameworks to ensure enterprise-grade reliability and security.

Technical Requirements :

Python Mastery : 4-8 years of professional experience with Python, focusing on asynchronous programming and performance optimization.

AI / ML Ecosystem : Proven experience withLLM orchestration(LangChain, LlamaIndex),RAG, and cloud AI platforms likeGoogle Vertex AI.

Search Technologies : Hands-on expertise withElasticsearch or OpenSearch, including tuning queries and managing embeddings.

Frameworks : Expert-level knowledge ofFastAPI(preferred) or Flask / Django.

Data & Databases : Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).

Cloud & DevOps : Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines in an AWS or GCP environment.

Integrations : Experience integrating backend services with enterprise software (ERP / CRM) is a significant plus.

Soft Skills :
