Responsibility

• Design and develop HRSD applications including HR Case Management
• Configure and maintain HRSD modules, workflows, and service catalogs.
• Develop custom widgets and portals using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., ERP, Oracle Cloud) using REST / SOAP APIs.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and training for end-users.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability.
