Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate-L1 / L2 support

Responsibilities

Experience in providing Level 1 / 2 application support (complex workflow)

Clear communication style and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders both orally and written in excellent English.

Experience / knowledge of ServiceNow basics (Incident management)

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Ppt

Must have IT background

Should NOT be from Hardware(Desktop / laptop) Networking or floor support type of role.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelors university degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Handling VIP user query / issue on shared mailbox or ServiceNow tool (planned) and providing on-time resolution.

Setting up access for new users.

Testing few scenarios on lower env. of application (Dev / Sandbox / Training)

Coordinating between key stakeholders Development(L3) and other support team
