Vice President

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

▪ Explore and identify potential DO partners across asset classes where Northern Arc Capital is present, and crack DO partnership / deals

▪ Strategize the DO rollout and manage the DO partners

▪ Design the product, process, and systems for DO to manage the portfolio

▪ Build and lead the team to manage

SPECIFICATIONS : QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES :

Minimum Qualifications :

▪ MBA or Post-Graduate in Management from a premier institute / Chartered Accountant / CFA

Minimum Experience :

▪ Minimum 11 - 13 years relevant experience in the banking / financial services industry, preferably in corporate strategy / retail operations

Skills Required :

▪ Experience in corporate strategy / retail operations of financial services, preferably in retail mortgage, SMEs (secured, unsecured), auto / vehicle, and home loans

▪ Significant experience in retail, field operations

▪ Strong understanding of corporate / credit analysis

▪ Understanding the structured finance

▪ Knowledge of legal framework, RBI / NHB / SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws / regulations required for transactions

▪ Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude

▪ Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

▪ Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

▪ Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual, having the ability to work individually, be part of, and manage a team
