About the Role :
We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Pre-Sales & Delivery / Practice Lead to spearhead our US IT services business in AI & ML. This is a high-impact role for a “one-man army” professional who can manage the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation and pre-sales to conversions, post-sales engagement, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI / ML and Enterprise Solutions with proven success in generating revenue and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, pre-sales, client presentations, negotiations, and closure.
- Own and deliver revenue targets by creating strong pipelines and converting opportunities.
- Act as the primary client interface for pre-sales, post-sales, and delivery phases.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver projects across AI / ML.
- Lead practice growth initiatives, including capability building and market strategy for US IT services.
- Ensure smooth project delivery, meeting timelines, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, competitive positioning, and value-driven IT services.
- Work independently, making critical decisions and handling final client discussions.
