Our flagship products include SignFeed , an advanced digital signage platform, and a powerful Loyalty Management System designed to boost customer engagement. We also specialize in custom software development , IT project outsourcing , and contingent workforce services for global enterprises.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Specialist to drive business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring international clients for our custom software development services, building strong cross-border relationships, and achieving consistent sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate high-quality leads and acquire new international clients for custom software development services.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East , and other global regions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Create, present, and refine proposals, pitch decks, and other sales materials tailored for global clients.
  • Manage the entire international sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, track sales pipelines, and generate performance reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly international sales targets.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in international sales , preferably in IT services or custom software development.
  • Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and present effectively to global clients.
  • Hands-on experience working with clients from regions such as the US, UK, Europe, and Middle East .
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, technologies, and IT service models.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation platforms and outbound sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and CRM usage skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in software project outsourcing or global IT service sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding international sales targets.
  • Experience closing high-value deals with global enterprise clients.
