Role- Manager- Implementation
Location- Mumbai
Role & responsibilities.
1.Assist in executing new client account setups and product rollouts.
2.Maintain accurate documentation for each implementation project.
3.Support the creation and tracking of implementation planners and milestone charts
4.Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Operations) to ensure timely delivery of implementation tasks.
5.Coordinate with the Product Support team to ensure readiness for Go-Live.
6.Help prepare SOPs, SLAs, escalation matrices, and client-specific fare uploads.
7.Contribute to the knowledge bank and ensure all client-specific configurations are documented
8.Act as a support contact for clients during the implementation phase.
9.Participate in weekly progress updates and ensure client expectations are met.
10.Monitor quality parameters and escalate issues as needed.
Must have filters : -
Minimum of 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in implementation projects, preferably in enterprise-level environments.
Proven track record of working with clients in the travel industry, demonstrating domain expertise and familiarity with industry-specific challenges.
Strong experience with relevant tools and technologies used in travel sector implementations.
