Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM professional with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in implementation, customization, integrations, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving ability, and good functional understanding of sales, service, and marketing modules.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Knowledge of Business Processes to identify pain points and recommend improvements
• Experience in Consulting, bridging client objectives with effective Dynamics implementations
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with database systems and integration methods is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
