POSITION : PATIENT COUNSELLOR
REPORTING TO : BRANCH HEAD
QUALIFICATION : GRADUATION / POST GRADUATION
EXPERIENCE : 2 - 5 YEARS
DRESS CODE : SPECIFIED DRESS CODE WITH I.D. CARD
DUTY HOURS : AS PER SCHEDULED REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
- Address patient queries regarding diagnosis, treatment options, cost estimates, admission process, and doctor availability.
- Coordinate between patients and departments (doctor, diagnostic, billing, admission desk, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Counsel patients on the importance of timely treatment and follow-ups.
- Handle digital or walk-in leads and convert them into consultations or admissions as needed.
- Provide guidance on available packages, discounts, insurance related queries.
- Ensure all patient interactions are documented accurately in the system.
- Assist in follow-up calls and re-engagement of old or non-converted patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical healthcare communication standards.
