Zonal Product Manager - Ecommerce Sales

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for e-commerce growth.

Define sales targets, track performance, and execute pricing strategies.

Support business development projects from initiation to implementation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for solution delivery.

Develop and monitor KPIs for client delivery performance.

Manage onboarding and servicing of key accounts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2C e-commerce logistics.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision-making.

Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and manage revenue forecasts and account plans.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong business and operational acumen.

Excellent customer service and project management skills.

Proven ability to influence without authority.

Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.

Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office and business support software.

Experience & Qualifications :

Graduate / MBA with 6–10 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or related sectors.

Experience in sales operations, business development, and client relationship management.
