Role : Director - Investigations & Dispute

Job Description : Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• CFE is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate consulting or a related role.
• Experience working in consulting for at least 5 years, with at least 5 years in the services noted.
• Proven expertise in investigations, litigation and disputes, forensic technology, regulatory compliance and enforcement guidance, and insurance advisory services.
• Highly skilled investigative due-diligence professional with deep experience conducting integrity, AML / KYC, and pre-transaction due diligence across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience resolving complex issues; analyzing reports prepared by opposing experts or other parties; interpreting large volumes of data to assess impact; and managing teams to deliver various services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
• Direct experience developing and executing against investigation workplans; expert witness analyses for a litigation, dispute or insurance claim; utilization of forensic technology (e.g., data analytics, eDiscovery, digital forensics); and delivering services to outside counsel, general counsel or compliance professionals.
• Understanding and familiarity with technology solutions necessary to provide a holistic solution to clients.
