TÓA 66 is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Bartender to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about beverages, guest interaction, and delivering exceptional experiences, we’d love to hear from you. This is an immediate hiring position.
Responsibilities :
Maintain a clean, organized, and high-standard bar environment
Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and precision
Take drink orders and provide warm, professional guest interaction
Prepare garnishes, batches, and bar mise-en-place for daily operations
Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place timely orders
Upsell and guide guests through our beverage offerings with confidence
Ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
Contribute ideas to enhance beverage offerings and improve bar operations
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of hands-on bar experience
Strong understanding of bar tools and equipment
Basic knowledge of wines and beers
Familiarity with craft cocktail techniques and zero-proof drink preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A guest-first mindset and passion for hospitality
Professional grooming and punctuality
Work Schedule : Tuesday to Sunday
