Job Description : Senior Manager, Business Development - Kerala
Job Location : to be based in Kochi, but responsible for entire Kerala
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional, preferably with a background in Coworking / Managed Office spaces or commercial real estate or related sectors, to lead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive market expansion across Kochi and entire Kerala.
Responsibilities : -
- Generate set revenue and help attain targeted Gross Margin.
- Generate Potential leads on clients and properties.
- Qualify leads, meet prospects and close the deals to increase revenue.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
- Develop & Maintain a healthy and strong relationship with intermediaries in the market.
- Search and obtain suitable spaces to add to our inventory.
- Ensure sales of existing inventories in the region.
Requirements & Skills : -
Proven work experience of 7 - 9 years in sales & Business Development.Experience related to co-working space / Managed office or commercial real estate will be an added benefit.Good team player.Strong Sales, Communication and negotiation skills.Open to travelling as a part of work.Ability to prepare and present attractive presentations.Professionalism and willingness to work hard is a plus point.Relevant bachelors degree is required.Work location - Kochi will be the base city, but will be expected to travel across Kochi and entire Kerala
