(Urgent Search) Associate

Corporate and Commercial Litigation : Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act,

Qualifications :

• 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.
• Having knowledge / expertise in IBC or CPC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.

Responsibilities :

CTC : 4.5 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.
