Key Responsibilities :

• 1. Manage a portfolio of non-listed client companies by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services;
• 2. Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, registrations / modifications with various authorities, and other regulatory and statutory requirements;
• 3. Maintain good relationship with client;
• 4. Build up opportunities for additional services provided to existing clients;
• 5. Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team;
• 6. Supervise and review subordinates’ work;

7. Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.

Key Requirements :

1. Degree holder; member of ICSI

2. 0-1 years of Post qualification-relevant experience

5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English
