Hiranandani Financial Services - Hub Collections Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage the recovery process for LAP & BL products in the respective region, ensuring optimal collection efficiency.
• Hire, train, and lead a team of Branch Collection Managers / Executives, providing continuous mentoring and coaching.
• Monitor collection performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to minimize NPAs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Fraud, and Central Teams) to streamline collection strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and team productivity.
• Drive team engagement, retention, and development, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in collection and recovery & Experience :
• 5-8 years of experience in collections & recovery in the NBFC / BFSI sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in team management and debt recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
