Role & responsibilities :
- Manage the recovery process for LAP & BL products in the respective region, ensuring optimal collection efficiency.
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Branch Collection Managers / Executives, providing continuous mentoring and coaching.
- Monitor collection performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to minimize NPAs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Fraud, and Central Teams) to streamline collection strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and team productivity.
- Drive team engagement, retention, and development, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in collection and recovery operations.
Qualifications & Experience :
5-8 years of experience in collections & recovery in the NBFC / BFSI sector.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record in team management and debt recovery strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
