Job Title : IT Recruiter

Location : Hyderabad (Hitech city)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition / HR team. The ideal candidate will manage full‐cycle recruiting for technical roles — sourcing, assessing, and hiring the best IT talent to meet our business goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, while proactively building a pipeline for future roles.

Key Responsibilities : -

End to End recruitment.

Source potential candidates using multiple channels : job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub / tech communities, referrals, social media.

Screen CVs / resumes and conduct initial / phone / video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule subsequent interviews with hiring teams; follow up for feedback.

Maintain candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update statuses, ensure good candidate experience.

Keep abreast of current trends in IT skills, labour market, tech stacks etc., to guide hiring strategy.

Aid onboarding process for selected candidates.
