Zoho Data & Reporting Analyst [30 / 10 / 2025]

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with proven expertise in the Zoho

ecosystem to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

designing and developing analytics, dashboards, and reports that empower our Sales, QC, and

Operations teams with actionable insights.

This role will focus on data-driven support by providing visibility into sales performance,

CRM activities, and inventory analysis and availability to enable smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho (CRM, Analytics,

Reports, or Creator) to provide actionable insights.

 Deliver analytics to support sales performance tracking, task management, and

pipeline visibility.

 Partner with the QC team to create analytics that monitor and highlight inventory

trends and availability.

 Monitor and analyse CRM activity to ensure transparency and efficiency across the

sales process.

 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, QC, and Operations) to

understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

 Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy.

 Present analytical findings in clear, concise, and business-friendly formats.

Qualifications & Requirements

 3–4 years of professional experience working in the Zoho environment, with

hands-on expertise in building dashboards and custom reports.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and work

with large datasets.

 Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with SQL or database tools is an

advantage.

 Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and

actionable manner.

 Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
