Role Overview :
Join our Customer Experience Analytics team as a Senior Analyst, driving data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction. You will analyze diverse datasets, develop actionable insights, and present findings to senior leaders to enhance key metrics and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze and transform large datasets to identify actionable insights into customer experience touchpoints.
- Use statistical techniques and tools to improve success metrics and answer business questions. Reporting & Visualization
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings effectively.
- Present insights to senior leaders using data storytelling and actionable recommendations. Consultation & Collaboration
- Recommend process improvements for data relevance, usability, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytics solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.5–8 years of experience in analytics, statistics, or informatics.Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Experience with Databricks and handling large datasets.Bonus : Familiarity with Azure Analysis Services, NLP, or machine learning techniquesBehavioral Skills
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities.Effective communicator with a focus on actionable insights and collaboration.
