Sales Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Kozhikode. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for fostering customer engagement, advising clients on product solutions, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include consulting with customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Additional tasks involve delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring positive customer experiences and loyalty.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate adaptability, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in similar roles is a plus, along with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for the entertainment industry.
