Job descriptionManage an in-house team. Supervise a PMC team. Coordinate with contractors and vendors on-site. Possess in-depth knowledge of project delivery and base building. Have working knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services. Lead multi-disciplinary teams. Ensure adherence to quality processes and standards. Conduct regular quality checks and audits. Conduct weekly, fortnightly, and monthly meetings with key project stakeholders. Manage senior and executive-level stakeholders and corporate real estate teams. Oversee smooth transition from project completion to operations. Identify and mitigate project risks. Manage project documentation and reporting. BE (Civil or Mechanical) with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Construction Management, or related field. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale base build projects. Exposure and experience working with quality systems and process Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to build and strengthen partnerships – Engage, negotiate & collaborate effectively with service partners and contract management. Strong project development and project management experience in new build and fit out of commercial office premises with robust understanding of project financing and cashflow. Solutions mindset with ability to get solutions implemented - Capturing and acting on insightful information In-depth understanding of commercial property operations, building engineering management and maintenance, and occupier relationships and technically proficient to engage effectively with internal teams & partners Awareness of industry best practices and latest trends Knowledge of building codes and sustainability practices
Job Purpose : The Project Lead will be responsible for supervision of the assigned projects, ensuring adherence to quality specifications, cost control and timely completion.
