Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative AI Practitioner – Industrial Relations (IR) to design, deploy, and manage AI-driven systems that enhance employee relations, labor compliance, workforce insights, and organizational decision-making. This role blends AI expertise, data-driven IR analytics, and deep understanding of labor relations to proactively identify risks, resolve workplace issues, improve compliance, and strengthen employee–management collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Enabled Industrial Relations Strategy
- Develop and execute an AI roadmap tailored for Industrial Relations and workforce governance.
- Implement predictive models to forecast grievances, attrition, engagement drops, labor risks, and compliance gaps.
- Build AI-driven dashboards for real-time insights on workforce sentiment, employee pulse, and escalations. Employee Relations Intelligence
- Use NLP, computer vision, and ML models to analyze employee feedback, grievance logs, performance reports, and workplace communications.
- Identify root causes of conflicts, recurring issues, and risk-prone business units.
- Provide data-backed recommendations during union discussions, audits, investigations, and policy revisions.
Compliance & Governance Automation
Build systems that track and automate statutory compliance.Ensure data integrity, ethical AI usage, and responsible automation.Integrate AI tools into HRMS, LMS, and workforce management systems.Workplace Issue Prediction & Resolution
Develop early warning systems for workplace conflicts and dissatisfaction.Deploy GenAI assistants to guide HR teams on IR processes and statutory actions.Enable automated case triaging and resolution workflows.Collaboration, Change Management & Advisory
Work with HR, IR, Legal, and Business Leaders to institutionalize AI-driven decisions.Train HR and IR teams on AI tools and analytics interpretation.Support leadership during negotiations, audits, and restructuring.Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, IR, Data Science, CS, or related fields.5–12 years of experience in AI / ML, People Analytics, HR Tech, or Industrial Relations.Experience with Python, NLP, MLflow, Power BI / Tableau, or HR analytics tools.Understanding of grievance mechanisms, disciplinary actions, and labor laws.Preferred Qualifications
