Job Description
- Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target.
- Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
- Meet operations / logistics targets based branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
- Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting the branch offices.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Responsible for overall operations of the branches including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.
Other Specification
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supervisory role with at least Bachelor's Degree in related field.Must be willing to relocate outside valley and extensive field visits.Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.Mature, self-motivated and result driven attitude.Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.Skills Required
