• Advisory : Analyze client specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Travel Coordination : Organize travel plans from start to finish, including tickets, accommodations, and rental transportation.
• Information Supply : Provide clients with essential travel information and materials (guides, maps, event programs).
• Financial Management : Collect deposits, balance payments, and maintain financial records.
• Promotion : Utilize promotional techniques and materials to sell tour packages.
• Problem Solving : Address unforeseen issues and complaints, determining eligibility for refunds.
