Sales Executive (Transformer Industry)

Role Description

This is a permanent, in-person position for a Telesales Executive based in Agra. The executive will focus on reaching out to prospective customers, delivering customer assistance, and managing lead generation efforts. Key daily responsibilities encompass placing outbound calls to potential buyers, detailing product attributes and advantages, responding to client questions, and finalizing deals. Additionally, the role requires keeping precise logs of customer engagements and meeting established sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Background in generating leads through B2B / B2C platforms (such as Indiamart).
• Demonstrated expertise in sales and capability to hit objectives.
• Superior troubleshooting skills and meticulousness.
• Competence with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Capacity to operate autonomously or collaboratively within a group.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering, coupled with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior involvement in the power and distribution industry is advantageous.
