Description
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Coder to join our healthcare team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in medical coding, specifically in radiology, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate coding of diagnostic and procedural services.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze radiology medical records to ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures.
- Assign appropriate codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems for radiology services.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to clarify documentation and coding issues.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Participate in coding audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in coding practices and regulations.
