• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Understand customer preferences and curate customized itineraries
• Upsell hotels, activities, and other add-ons to enhance trip value
• Maintain lead follow-ups, CRM entries, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining top service standardsWhat We’re Looking For
• 6+ months experience in travel sales or a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong knowledge of destinations and hotels (domestic & international)
