We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at KR Mangalam School in South Delhi. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. The role focuses on supporting our talent needs by driving effective end-to-end recruitment processes within the education sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Screening candidates to assess skills, experience, and suitability for open positions (Mandatory skill).
- Experience as an IT Recruiter handling diverse roles in the education or related sectors (Mandatory skill).
- Handling end to end recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding activities (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Solid understanding of human resources concepts and recruitment strategies tailored to educational institutions.
- Post-graduate degree in HR, preferably an MBA, to support in-depth recruitment analytics and best practices implementation.
- Competence in resume screening to quickly identify relevant qualifications and experience among applicants.
- Strong ability using Boolean search techniques for precise talent sourcing and improving quality-of-hire outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive recruitment processes, from requirement gathering to candidate offer and joining, ensuring timely closures.Screen and shortlist applicants using a combination of resume review, telephonic interviews, and assessment tools.Source high-quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases compatible with open vacancies.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide updates on recruitment status and pipelines.Facilitate interviews, coordinate with interview panels, and provide constructive feedback to applicants as needed.Ensure all recruitment documentation and processes comply with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.Utilize Boolean searches and advanced sourcing tactics for specialized or difficult-to-fill roles within the organization.Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle by offering timely communication and support.
