Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical BIM Coordinator located in Kolaghat, West Bengal, India. The Mechanical BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating BIM activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing BIM workflows, collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring accuracy and consistency in BIM models, and coordinating with project management teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills

Experience of minimum 4 years

Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

Project Management skills

Proficiency with BIM software and tools

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work on-site in West Bengal, India

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
