Mainframe Developer - COBOL Programming

We are looking for skilled Mainframe Developers with strong expertise in COBOL and hands-on experience in IDMS or VSAM environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing mainframe-based applications that support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using COBOL, IDMS, and VSAM.
• Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Perform impact analysis, debugging, and performance tuning of mainframe programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
