Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to inform recruitment strategies.
