What you will bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on complex projects and large-scale implementations.

Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and proficiency in developing Lightning components (Aura and LWC).

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.

Develop robust Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows to automate business processes and streamline operations.

In-depth understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and data security best practices.

Expertise in configuring Connected Apps and implementing OAuth authentication mechanisms for secure access control.

Utilize Named Credentials to securely authenticate external services and APIs within Salesforce.

Expertise in Salesforce integrations, including REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing (e.g., Queueable and Scheduled Jobs).

Salesforce certifications

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to design solutions that address complex business requirements.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving projects to successful completion.
