Tableau Support Engineer

Required Skill Set :

Tableau, Linux and OBIEE

Desired Experience Range :

4 to 10 Years

Job Location : Hyderabad

Must Have :

• 3+ years of Linux experience in maintenance, operations and support
• Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
• 1+ years of experience working with SQL
• 2+ years of experience working with GIT

Good To Have :

Good hands-on experience in Tableau / OBIEE

Good hands-on Experience in DynaTrace

Expectations from the Role :

1. Health check of Application server monitoring whether it is up and running all the time.

2. Escalation of critical issues in accordance with relevant process and procedures

3. Deliver services to agreed Service Level and Operating Level Agreements

4. Work with the Patching team to help evaluate and recommend products to improve the availability of services

5. Participation in 24x7 on-call rota and be available for out-of-hours work as required

6. Participate in discretionary projects / engineering tasks as agreed

7. Development and automation of services processes and procedures

8. Manage installations and software upgrades to ensure all services are kept as current as possible and that license audit is performed and all licenses are in place

9. Manage the configuration and operation of Worldpay Linux services

10. Deliver reporting on Linux performance metrics
