We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Medical Coding Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of medical coders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical coding, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. This role requires ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry best practices in medical coding while leading a team toward operational Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Management : Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of medical coders, ensuring high-quality performance and productivity.
• Coding Compliance & Accuracy : Monitor and maintain coding accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to coding guidelines such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and CMS regulations.
• Quality Assurance : Review regular audits of coded records to ensure accuracy and compliance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
• Process Optimization : Identify areas for improvement in coding workflows and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Training & Development : Provide ongoing education and training to team members on coding updates, industry changes, and best practices.
• Collaboration : Work closely with US Clients other stakeholders to resolve coding discrepancies and ensure seamless production.
• Reporting & Analysis : Generate reports on coding productivity, accuracy rates, and trends, presenting findings to senior management.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated with changes in federal, state, and payer-specific coding regulations and implement necessary updates.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve escalated coding issues and denials efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing clear, accurate, and helpful Skills and Bachelors degree medical related field is preferred.
