Role Description This is an on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Thane. The Telesales Executive will handle lead generation, customer outreach, and sales activities for the UK outbound process. Responsibilities include managing outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and achieving performance targets. Qualifications Strong english communication and customer service skills Experience in lead generation and sales Proficiency in customer support with a problem-solving mindset Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure Familiarity with UK-based processes is an advantage Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
