• Lead and manage end-to-end mattress production operations across facilities, driving efficiency and quality excellence
• Own the R&D pipeline and new product development initiatives aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to launch innovative mattress products
• Develop and implement robust production strategies to scale capacity while maintaining premium standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and quality assurance processes
