Job Overview : Design & Development Engineer

Responsible for overseeing the design and development of residential and commercial real estate projects.

Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are executed with the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule & facilitate meetings regularly.

This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management.

Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases of real estate projects.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop project designs that align with company goals and market demands.

Review architectural plans, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company standards and process for concerned HOD / Director’s approval.

Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.

Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that arise. Quality Assurance & Control Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree - Civil Engineering or any equivalent such as Architecture, etc. Experience : 5+ years of experience in real estate design and development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Knowledge : Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes. Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
