Job descriptionBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination in Solar. Good understanding of solar project lifecycle – from design to procurement, execution, and commissioning. Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools is an advantage. Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines. Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in solar or related EPC industries. The role requires someone who understands how solar projects function end-to-end and can coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams : Government Liasoning, Design, Procurement, Accounts and execution.
- Track and maintain project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior management on project progress.
- Follow up with respective departments for status updates, documentation, and approvals.
- Assist the project team in preparing MIS reports, trackers and dashboards.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants and government authorities) as needed.
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to management proactively.
- Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain organized records of project documents, approvals and communications.
