UX Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a creative and analytical UX / UI Designer who can translate ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Interface Design

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Apply design thinking methodologies to define, ideate, prototype, and refine solutions.

Develop and maintain consistent design systems, patterns, and visual standards.

Translate business requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

AI Tools & Design Innovation

Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney) to accelerate ideation and visual exploration.

Experiment with automation, generative design, and intelligent prototyping to improve efficiency.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and incorporate innovative techniques into the design process.

Use analytics, behavioral data, and user feedback to iterate and enhance product experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless execution.

Clearly communicate design decisions, backed by reasoning and research insights.

Present design concepts and progress updates to internal teams and stakeholders.

Contribute to cross-functional discussions with clarity, empathy, and strategic perspective.

Usability & Quality Assurance

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive best practices.

Review final builds to maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Experience : 3–6 years in UX / UI design, preferably within startups or IT environments.

Tools : Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools; familiarity with AI-enhanced design platforms.

Expertise : Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics.

Communication : Excellent collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Portfolio : Demonstrated experience in crafting user- centered digital solutions across multiple platforms.

Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
