Job description

Industry and Function Expertise :

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in one or more industries such as Resources (Energy, Utilities, Chemicals), Manufacturing (Automotive, Life Science, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, Semi-Conductors).
  • Possess strong functional expertise enabling technology-agnostic business process discussions with senior client leadership.
  • Expertise across key functions including Finance and Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.

Solution Architecture Leadership :

  • Help clients realize value from transformation initiatives by understanding business challenges and identifying how SAP capabilities deliver value.
  • Lead or collaborate with proposal teams to design solutions that align with client, industry, and opportunity contexts.
  • Integrate Accenture assets and offerings from multiple teams to create differentiated proposal responses.
  • Take end-to-end cross-functional ownership and orchestrate proposal responses with Subject Matter Experts.

    • Project Delivery :

  • Utilize deep knowledge of S / 4HANA capabilities to lead design workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis.
  • Lead teams in client-facing roles through project lifecycles including blueprinting, design, development, and implementation of business process improvements.
  • Manage end-to-end solution delivery by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders while overseeing risks, planning, and budgeting.
  • Support pre-sales activities, client business assessments, roadmaps, and advisory on S / 4HANA-led transformations.

    • Networking and Business Development :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist project and practice leadership to identify new opportunities and pain points for innovative solutions.
  • Lead pursuits related to S / 4HANA, coordinating experts and building responses to RFPs and RFIs.

    • Developing Thought Leadership and Assets :

  • Support and develop cutting-edge Points of View (POVs) and articles to highlight innovation in SAP transformations.
  • Design and build assets that showcase Accenture's capabilities to drive business growth in S / 4HANA.

    • Personal Attributes and Skills :

  • Build trusted relationships through consistent delivery and perseverance.
  • Demonstrate forward-thinking approaches for negotiation and problem resolution.
  • Possess strong team management skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
