We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting, along with strong analytical skills to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) .
- Optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads, CTR, conversions, and CPL .
- Set up tracking codes and ensure proper implementation via Google Tag Manager .
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) , Search Console, and platform dashboards.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Generate campaign reports, analyse performance trends, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the design / content team for ad creatives and landing page optimisation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices .
Required Skills & Tools
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager .Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) , Google Tag Manager , and Google Search Console .Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).Ability to create custom reports & dashboards .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimisation is a plus.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of proven experience in managing digital campaigns.Freshers can apply too.Google Ads / Meta Ads certification is an added advantage.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
