Job Responsibilities

Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns and ads on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube for web & app acquisition - with a hands-on approach

Monitor and analyze campaigns to meet goals

Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Hands-on with campaign Optimization

Coordinate with the Graphic Designing team / agency / product marketing to get creatives made for ads

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Business teams for new initiatives for driving growth for social media performance channels

Revenue and profitability analysis and leveraging data and analytics to optimize the paid funnel to maximize revenue and ensure business targets are met / exceeded for Practo

Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Pushing our Digital marketing Strategies beyond industry best practices.

Monitor lead quality and funnel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Skills Required :

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Search and Facebook campaigns.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis).

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive initiative.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong understanding of Adwords, Google Analytics, Leadsquare (or any other CRM) etc.

Behavioral Traits : Willingness to learn new skills, embrace emerging technology, dedication to growth with concrete examples, the abilities to adapt easily to change and accept increased responsibility with complete ownership, pushing yourself to learn a new skill or strategy, to take on additional responsibilities and having a positive, hard-working attitude
