Role 1 : Salesforce + nCino Developer (Level A – SA)

Experience : 4 – 9 Years

Location : Any CTS location (Preferred : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata)

Must-Have Qualifications :

Min. 4 to 9 years overall experience in IT.

nCino experience is a must.

Proven Salesforce Developer experience with hands-on nCino development & customization .

Strong in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL , and nCino capabilities .

Familiar with Salesforce integrations, REST / SOAP APIs, data migration tools .

Agile methodology & Git / version control experience.

Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to work independently.

Role 2 : Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud / OmniStudio)

Experience : 3 – 8 Years

Location : PAN India (CTS office locations, Hybrid model – No complete WFH)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary :

3–8 years in Salesforce CRM (Health & Service Cloud).

Must have Health Cloud OR OmniStudio experience.

Current role as Senior Developer preferred.

Strong design & development experience in Salesforce platform.

Required Skills :

Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Configuration.

Domain knowledge in Payer / Provider Data Management , Care Management implementation preferred.

Agile & program execution experience.

Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud, OmniStudio, PD1 / PD2) preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop configurable / custom Salesforce solutions.

Design, code & implement Salesforce apps.

Expertise in OmniStudio, Health Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Admin .

Perform code reviews, apply best practices.

Develop custom apps & integrate Salesforce with other systems.

Gather & document functional / technical requirements.

Debug & provide ongoing technical support.

Collaborate with IT / Developers for business integrations.

Guide technical team with reviews & best practices.
