Finance Process & Accounting Specialist :

• You ensure the integrity of the Financial flows for Production components and finished goods sales and purchases during the month and in the month closing.
• You animate the production finance team on their respective accounting data quality.
• You coordinate the projects impacting the production financials as Finance POC.
• You challenge existing processes, streamline and ensure the continuous improvement balancing efficiency and compliance.
• You record and reconcile the payroll monthly closely with the Payroll team.
• You ensure that Services accounting records reflect precisely the reality and are compliant with company standards, local tax and accounting regulations.
• You ensure a regular accounting review on your perimeter for audit purposes.
• You take initiatives to innovate and challenge the current processes to bring in efficiency.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Finance professional with a Finance education background (MBA Finance / M.Com / CA). Proficiency in finance and accounting processes. Eager to learn, you have a continuous improvement mindset and take initiative to change the existing situation. You must have advanced knowledge in Excel, Google sheet and must be curious to learn new tools, technology. You should have good presentation and communication skills. You should have a strong interest in analysis and project management. You should have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service. Your energy and curiosity will help you understand and evolve our processes. Must be a Sports Enthusiast.
